If you're going to commission me you automatically accept my terms of service

Payment rules

  • 1. Payment must always be up front. meaning: I wont start the commission until I get paid first.

  • 2. No refund or holds, refunds can only be made if I think its reasonable, can be partial or fully.

  • 3. Payments can be only made for Robux, USD OR BRL Only trough Paypal or other Brazilian Banks

  • 4. if u want an artwork by a certain deadline, you have to pay extra and tell me before I accept the commission.

edit rules

  • 5. you can only do changes in the sketch or lineart stages. Changes in the coloring stages that are not about colors will cost extra.

  • 6. Do not do any edits on my art that makes me uncomfortable, such as: hate speech or something gross. If u want to edit my art its completely fine, but u can't take it to far. If u do that, its an instant blacklist + block.

General rules

when commissioning me I will ask for a:

  • 7. Reference of the character you want me to draw

  • 8. Pose and expression

  • 9. Outfit (if the ref doesn't have the outfit you want)

  • 10. and Details!

  • 11. also let me know if u want updates on ur commission, such as: sketch, lineart and coloring.

boundaries rules

  • 12. Rude/disrespectful clients will get blocked. If you contact me on another acc, you will be blacklisted.

  • 13. I can turn down the commission for any reason. Forcing me to draw something on my "Won't draw" list or something that makes me uncomfortable is an instant decline.

usage

  • 14. if you're going to use the commission as commercial use, you have to pay me a fee to be able to use the artwork as commercial use.

  • 15. No one is allowed to use my art as NFT or AI.
